Refunds and Returns

Return Eligibility

• 14-Day Window: Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery
• Condition: Unworn, unwashed, with original tags and packaging
• Proof of Purchase: Receipt or order number required

Non-Returnable Items:

• Final sale items (marked “SALE” or “CLEARANCE”)

How to Return

1. Email returnsandrefunds@hhaura.com with:
   • Order number
   • Item photos
   • Reason for return
2. We’ll provide return instructions

Refund Process

• Approved Returns: Refund issued within 5-7 business days to original payment method
• Damaged/Defective Items: Email photos immediately for replacement

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for:

• Size swaps (subject to availability)
• Defective items
